Shipping

We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

Orders are processed within 3 business days for products in your size that we hold in inventory.  


However, most of our garments require us to contact you to obtain your measurements so we can customize your garment to your specific measurements  .  Turnaround time for custom garments is typically 4-5 weeks, but can be faster for a rush fee.


Estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days (based on proximity to NYC).  Expedited shipping can be done overnight for a fee.   


Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.


Return and Refund Policy

All custom made and personalized items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges as each garment is manufactured to the gentleman’s specific body measurements.  However, the price you pay includes the cost of any final alterations that might be necessary to perfect the garment to the desired fit.  Once the garment is accepted by the customer, the cost of any subsequent alterations is the responsibility of the customer.   We are happy to facilitate such alterations and bill the customer at our cost.  


With respect to non-custom items you may order from our inventory supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of purchase for a partial refund or exchange.  Such items must be in original condition with all tags attached.  Items must be unworn and unwashed.


Items purchased out of stock inventory in any clearance type sales are not eligible for return or refund.


Return Process for Non-Custom Items

Contact our customer support team at info@musikanewyork.com or 215-527-7466 to initiate a return.

Ship the item back to 132 W 36th Street Penthouse New York, New York 10018 within 14 days of receiving a return authorization.


Include a copy of your order confirmation and a note explaining the reason for the return.


Refunds

Client must receive a return authorization prior to returning items.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos of the damage including photos of the delivery box including the mailing label. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
